The Contact Sharing feature has now been removed from CloudM Manage (as part of v2.1 release on 24th February 2022)
- MonitoringMonitoring
Since December 2021, our Development team have been investigating known issues with CloudM’s Contact Sharing feature caused by an unforeseen technical change.
However, due to technical limitations and to ensure that we continue to innovate our user and data management platform, a decision has been made to remove this feature from the product. It is currently in a suspended state, and will remain suspended until our next release, currently scheduled for the week commencing 21st February 2022.
Your data as it currently stands will not be affected, but if you have any technical concerns, please either refer to our Frequently Asked Questions or contact our Support team.

Update from Microsoft
"We have identified that calls made during service management operations are failing due to a required artifact version not returning as expected during query. The failure shows that that a required extension cannot be located. We are currently implementing a mitigation option to force a refresh of the extension and are seeing signs of recovery where mitigation has been deployed. We expect recovery to be observed as the mitigation progresses across regions."
We (CloudM) will continue to monitor the situation and update you periodically (every 3 hours) or as events warrant.
- IdentifiedIdentified
We have been made aware of outages with Microsoft Azure that are causing issues on CloudM Migrate Hosted (relating to virtual machines). As these issues are being caused by Microsoft, we are unable to fix the issue but will continue to communicate any updates from Microsoft.
